1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to room availability.

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

• Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur 50% charge of the total booking.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

4. Guests & Visitors

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay in rooms.

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.

• Please respect the privacy and peace of fellow guests.

5. Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property.

• Auro Wellness Castle is not liable for the loss of personal belongings.

• Valuables may be stored safely at the front desk upon request.

6. Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted within your room or designated spaces. Please drink responsibly and avoid disturbance.

7. Pets

• Pets are not allowed within the resort premises. (Unless special permission is granted in advance.)

8. House Rules

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Kindly avoid littering and help us maintain a clean, eco-friendly environment.

• Follow pool, dining, and recreational area rules as displayed or informed.

9. Force Majeure

Auro Wellness Castle will not be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Power outages

• Strikes or government orders

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at the reception and on our website.
